Myrdvous is a technology platform that helps Clients discover and book appointments with independent Businesses.

When you book an appointment with a Business through Myrdvous, certain personal information is shared with that Business so the appointment can be managed and delivered.

Myrdvous is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent Businesses once they receive, access, or otherwise process your information outside the Platform.

We collect personal information that you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Platform, and technical information collected automatically.

The information we collect may include: name; email address; phone number; account login information; business name; appointment details; service selected; booking history; messages or communications; payment-related information; usage data; IP address; general location information; analytics data; and other information you choose to provide.

Some appointment categories may involve sensitive information, such as healthcare, psychology, dentistry, or other professional services.

Myrdvous does not require Clients to provide detailed medical information unless a specific feature or Business configuration requests it.

Businesses are responsible for their own professional, privacy, health information, confidentiality, consent, and record-keeping obligations.

We use personal information to operate, provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the Platform.

This includes creating and managing accounts, allowing appointment booking, sending confirmations and reminders, processing payments, detecting fraud, monitoring performance, and complying with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

When a Client books an appointment, we may share the information needed for that Business to manage the booking and provide the service.

The Business may use this information to confirm the appointment, communicate with the Client, manage attendance, and maintain records.

Businesses are independent from Myrdvous and are responsible for their own privacy practices.

We may share personal information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate and improve the Platform, including hosting providers, email delivery providers, payment processors, and analytics providers.

These providers may only process personal information for the purposes of providing services to Myrdvous.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

If you request deletion of your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, subject to legal and legitimate business retention requirements.

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, theft, misuse, or destruction.

No system is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their own account credentials.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or portability.
