Terms of Service

Myrdvous is a technology platform that allows Clients to discover, compare, contact, and book appointments with independent Businesses.

Myrdvous is not a clinic, healthcare provider, professional services provider, employer, agency, or partner of any Business listed on the Platform.

Any service booked through Myrdvous is provided directly by the Business to the Client. The Client and the Business are solely responsible for their relationship, appointment, communication, payment, cancellation, and any related dispute.

Myrdvous does not provide medical, psychological, dental, nursing, chiropractic, osteopathic, acupuncture, massage therapy, wellness, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

Nothing on Myrdvous should be interpreted as professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, recommendation, emergency guidance, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

If you have a medical emergency or urgent health concern, contact emergency services immediately. Myrdvous is not designed for emergencies.

Some Businesses listed on Myrdvous may operate in regulated fields, including psychology, nursing, dentistry, osteopathy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy, physiotherapy, aesthetics, wellness, beauty, and other professional or health-related services.

Each Business is solely responsible for ensuring it is properly qualified, licensed, insured, and authorized to provide the services it offers.

Myrdvous does not verify and cannot guarantee the qualifications, licences, certifications, insurance, or quality of any Business or practitioner listed on the Platform.

Businesses are solely responsible for all information they submit, publish, upload, or display through Myrdvous.

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, suspend, remove, or disable any listing or content at our discretion.

The presence of a Business on Myrdvous does not mean that Myrdvous endorses, recommends, guarantees, certifies, or accepts responsibility for that Business.

A booking made through Myrdvous is an arrangement between the Client and the Business only. Myrdvous is not a party to that service relationship.

Myrdvous does not guarantee that an appointment will be accepted, confirmed, honoured, or completed; or that a service will achieve a particular result.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all appointment details before booking, including date, time, location, service, practitioner, price, and cancellation policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices, fees, deposits, taxes, refunds, invoices, and cancellations are the sole responsibility of the Business and the Client.

Myrdvous does not guarantee the accuracy of prices displayed by Businesses and is not responsible for billing disputes, refunds, or payment disagreements.

No Refunds for Business Platform Subscriptions: All fees paid by Businesses for access to the Myrdvous platform are non-refundable.

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information; review appointment details before confirming; attend appointments on time or cancel according to the Business's policy; and use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

Clients must not make fake or fraudulent bookings, impersonate another person, or submit false reviews.

Businesses are solely responsible for their use of Myrdvous and for all services offered through the Platform.

Businesses must not use Myrdvous to offer illegal services, unlicensed regulated services, unsafe procedures, misleading health claims, or services outside their lawful scope of practice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where we suspect unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

The Platform, including its software, design, layout, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and overall look and feel, is owned by Myrdvous or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Myrdvous makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind.

You use the Platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Myrdvous shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

If Myrdvous is found liable for any claim, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: the amount paid by you directly to Myrdvous in the three months preceding the event; or CAD $100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be submitted to the courts located in the Province of Quebec, Canada.
